Ahhhhh, we’ve been looking forward to Barry & Laura’s wedding for ages, & it was just as lovely as we thought it would be.
First off, they are the nicest people, we knew this from our first meeting, but it really hit home at their pre shoot. So easy going, they are so natural with each other & so relaxed in each others arms.
It was a beautiful sunny day for their wedding at Easthampstead Park, and when we arrived, Laura & her girls, were in the very capable hands & great company of Michelle. She was busy working her magic on hair, makeup & nerves. Everyone was in happy spirits & as the corks popped & final touches were finished, it was time for these two to get hitched.
After the ceremony it was time to get the celebrations started. The drinks were flowing & the laughs were definitely from the belly. The great Paul aka Facebloke, was on hand showcasing his awesome Caricature drawing skills.
We’ve been to the lovely Easthampstead park many times before, so it’s always nice to be able to find different spots to use for each & every couple & we even found somewhere we haven’t used for photographs before. It’s a beaut of a spot too, go us (insert high five here) gorgeous light & a stunning Rhododendron, that would’ve been rude not to use. I was very close to the bee’s though & that didn’t make me so happy, the things we do for a photograph!
The wedding was full of lots of gorgeous handmade touches. Paper roses & personalised favours made by the super talented groom himself. It looked beautiful & the soft spring pallet was brought in, from the chair sashes & flowers to the bridesmaids dresses.
We had sooooo much with you guys & can’t wait to show you the full gallery of images. To wet your appetite, heres some of our favourites.
Enjoy Ruth & Debs Xx
