Farnham House Hotel Wedding Photographer

Nina & Greg’s Farnham House hotel wedding, was one to remember.

“Meeting Ruth & Debbie was fate, I was fed up after countless wedding fairs showcasing the same type of photographers, I loved how fun & honest their photography is and they were just so down to earth and understood exactly what I wanted”

We knew as soon as we met with Nina & Greg, that it was gonna be a good day. They are relaxed, fun and just wanted their wedding to be a big celebration. Something, we are all about here at Red Door Photography.  They wanted an outdoor ceremony too, so Farnham House hotel, was the ideal venue for them.

Getting hitched

The ceremony was a legal ceremony in the grounds of the venue. The pagoda in the gardens is licensed and they surprised their guests with an outdoor ceremony. During the ceremony they read their own vows. It was so emotional and so beautiful. They danced down the aisle, whilst being showered (and scared) by confetti. We may have given out some mini confetti cannons that they didn’t know about, you can certainly see the surprise on Nina’s face.

The party

The prosecco and beer was flowing and the smiles, laughs and joy didn’t stop. They have such a great group of friends who really couldn’t have been happier for them and their families were amazing, so welcoming to us and so happy to be celebrating the wedding. We smashed through their photo list quickly, ensuring they had plenty of time to spend with their guests.

They decorated the venue with simply, with flowers and tea lights, because it was a summer wedding. They decided that they didn’t want to over do the decor, the room itself isn’t massive, so overfilling it with stuff, just seemed silly.

We headed out to the Tennis court for some couple shots, as they really wanted something different, we got creative with the net & some leaves and of course, our signature smoke bomb shot.

Nina & Greg’s wedding was super fun. We blended in so well, we got asked how long we’d known them. That’s always our goal, so YAYAYAYAYAYAYAY

Scroll down, to see our preview of the day. It was so hard narrowing down the shots for this. However, if you’d like to see more, you can view our portfolio here.
